(Compilation with three early US HC demo tapes, specifically the 1982 demo by The Abused with 9 songs, the 8 Honor Role tracks from the 1983 “Your Skull Is My Bowl!” split tape with Graven Image and the 1980s SOA demo with 7 pieces. The Abused from the Big Apple are considered NYHC founding fathers, their motto was raw, fast'n'angry. Full on the twelve! Unfortunately only a very short-lived combo, the following "Loud & clear" 7 " is a massive genre classic. Honor Role from Virginia with their roughest material, after the 1984 "It Bled Like A Stuck Pig" 7" they struck more moderate tones. Here they are still firing full frontal on all cylinders. SOA ( State of Alert) from Washington DC with the later Black Flag singer Henry Rollins on the microphone, no prisoners were taken here either: Short, sharp, simple. “Gonna Have To Fight!” Conclusion: The concentrated load of unpolished American Hardcore nuggets in their raw state , 24 songs in a row. Comes with a supplement. Disco Trend)
