Staatsroiber - Old Love CD (DigiPac)

After the "Schlagrück" album from 2007, STAATSROiBER, now reinforced by a second guitarist, presented the follow-up "Alte Liebe" on BANDWORM. 10 hyper-melodic punk rock hymns on the fine line between feeling and hardness, a perfectly laced bouquet of thoughtful tones ("Streets of my city") and exuberant hooligan mood ("Football, Drinks and Rock'n'Roll"). Texts are again in both German and English, which provides additional variety. Overall, “Alte Liebe” also reminds of younger BROILERS, there are very clear and very positive parallels!
