RAMONES-Blitzkrieg style punk rock from Indonesia, the EASTIGERS from Bandung present 11 hi-energy "Johnny meets Joey" rockets, sung in (mostly) the local language (memories of bands like KLAMYDIA and NE LUUMÄET come back here) & English. "Rockaway Beach" power chords, precise drum beat and "Leave home" harmonies. However, it's not a flawless rip-off tribute: In addition to the RAMONES-Edge, the early AGENT ORANGE also come into play; songs like "Lantang Menantang" have a powerful, dangerous surf punk feeling.
